         <description><![CDATA[<div>The decibel System ( dB) is used to measure the sound and intensity of the sound of different objects,  The dB is a logarithmic way of describing a ratio. The ratio may be power, sound pressure, voltage or intensity or several other things. the logarithmic. The decibel scale  goes up in powers of ten: every increase of 10dB on the  is equivalent to a 10-fold increase in sound intensity  (every ten decibels is corresponds with a doubling in loudness) to find the decibel rating (important for hands on activity) between 2 different decibels, you add 10 to one if it is 10 times more powerful, 20 if it is 100 times more powerful, 30 if it's 1000 times more powerful and so on..., if it is in the form of a fraction then you subtract the decibel by 10 if it is 1/10, 20 if it is 1/100, 30 if it is 1/1000, and so on.....</div>]]></description>
