Maximizing learning is defined as the training and development equips you with tools, resources.(L Zhang,2022 ,p.58). At the very beginning she shared her educational background and experiences .she completed her postgraduation degree at Aton university in Birmingham .After that ,she provided  Information about the full -time master's  degree  that the degree time is always busy for the students as they have to do lot of work on the assignments ,presentations . The active note - making   in lectures ,seminars ,and workshops was very helpful because maintaining notes helps to memorize topic easily. We have to make contact with lectures also.
