I love the organization that I work for as well as the community we serve. Head Start's mission is to support for the whole child, the family and the community - and to advocate - to work diligently for policy and institutional changes that ensure all vulnerable children and families have what they need to succeed.

They should also demonstrate strong degree of responsibility and accountability for the decisions they make to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for everyone.
