"Four Finger Swipe" - swiping the screen to check what page the student has open at any particular time in class. It gives control to the teacher and may let the students think you know more than you do!!! (Initially anyway!)

I liked the middle session on the practicalities of using the iPad and the various shortcuts we were shown.

I think that one drive and one note will be a useful tool for communicating with students.
