Warrants may be issues upon probable cause, under oath and signed by a judge. The people have a right to what they own and it cannot be taken from law enforcement, without a warrant or probable cause.

Every person has the right to a trial in a timely manner and a lawyer for their defense, in the state where the crime was committed. Each person has the right to know what crime they committed and to be confronted by someone at the scene of the crime or with useful knowledge for the case. This amendment also states each person has the right to a jury of counsels for their defense in a court case.
