I'm from Brescia, a city near Milan.

I go to the Lorenzo Gigli school in Rovato and i study human sciences, economic and social.

My favourite thing to do is travel, i love see the world: for this reason, i chose to participate in the erasmus project.

My dream job is the air hostess and i hope to succeed.

The topic of sustainability is very close to my heart and i think it is important to talk about it.

In my free time, I like going to dance lessons, especially hip hop. In general, I love sports and staying active; also i love travel, animal especially dog and hourse.

I am a sunny and positive person.

I am also very interested in environmental sustainability and green topics. I believe it is important to take care of our planet and make responsible choices for the future. Thanks to this project, I learned more about environmental issues and how small everyday actions can help protect the environment.

I think caring for the environment is really important, and I think it's worth talking about.

In my future I would like to become a psychologist for children, I love being with them and one day I would like to work with them.

I play basketball and I like playing sports, watching TV series and films. I'm also very interested in physics and maths; in fact, those are the subjects that I study the most.

In my class, the theme of pollution has been discussed many times, and I know that this is a problem which can no longer be ignored.

Thanks to small actions, everyone can do something to reach this important goal; for example, the swap party in which I took part was not only very fun, but also very useful in doing something against waste.

My name is Alba Shirin Ajdari, I’m 18 and I live in a small village in the province of Brescia, in northern Italy. I’m half Italian and half Persian and this made me grow up with a multi cultural vision of the world. My passions are dancing, listening to music from all around the world, going to live concerts and traveling abroad or in my country. I’m very interested in school traveling projects such as Erasmus+ or eTwinning because I love discovering new cultures and new languages and because they are important experiences for my future life. In fact, my dream job would be something outside my birthplace where I can connect to another culture and at the same time share mine.

My interest in environmental awareness is an important part of who I am, both as a teacher and as a woman. I have recently taken part into a SWAP Party, a sustainability initiative at my school that tried to promote the values of reducing, reusing, and recycling.

Furthermore, I'm a mum, thus what I want to teach my kids everyday is the importance of environmental sustainability. Trying to teach them to respect nature in all its form, and involving them into helping our family grow our vegetable patch are first steps to involve them and to raise their awareness and .

Being part of this Erasmus group is not only an opportunity for me to discover new cultures and meet inspiring people, but also a way to exchange ideas and practices related to sustainability and education.

The area where i live and work struggles daily with pollution problems, on different levels, but air pollution is quite severe because all northern Itali is enclosed by mountain ranges on all its borders, with the exception of the side that looks towards the Adriatic Sea. This situation makes difficult for the air to flow and so it stagnates creating fog, smog and keeping the tax of humidity quite high.

Even if Brescia is trying to do improve the situation, there are structural problems that cannot be solved, because mountains cannot be moved. Probably for this reason I am quite aware of what air pollution means.

I am also interested in recycling and reusing, circular economy and ideas to reduce our waste and since I work as a teacher, I am part of a school project about clothes reusing and clothes exchange between students in our school.
