identify ways that public officials are selected, including election and appointment to office

What will the product be? Students will participate in the padlet discussion and we will create a classroom campaign and voting simulation for president. This could include debates, posters, research, videos etc.

What will the environment look like? The environment will be a tiered and cooperative. Students will have the opportunity to create campaigns, speeches, visual and oral presentations. Through the simulation students will have the opportunity to express their thinking, ideas, and work with others.
