Since Apple is such a well-known brand, there are thousands of unboxing videos available online whenever the company releases a new product. The majority of these videos describe the new product's features and how they vary from Apple's existing products. This, in turn, encourages viewers to buy the items for themselves.

Apple released the Lisa in 1983, however it was not well received owing to its slowness and compatibility difficulties. Apple delivers the iMac in 1998, iTunes and the iPod in 2001, the MacBook Pro in 2006, and the iPhone in 2007. By 2011, Apple had established itself as one of the world's leading corporations. This demonstrates that Apple has experienced challenges in the past, but they have persevered in their efforts to improve and are today regarded as one of the world's most successful corporations.

1) Apple use CRM to gain a better understanding of its consumers and to build future loyal customers. This is accomplished by one-on-one interactions with specialists, which is also why Apple has such a high retention rate.

2)Apple's goal is to build goods that will be useful not only now but also in the future. Apple aspires to serve its consumers with cutting-edge products.

3)Apple believes that focusing on not just the consumer purchase but also the customer experience helps to generate loyal customers. Crm in stores focuses on long-term benefits rather than immediate ones; they ensure that customers can browse through the many iPhones, iPads, and other devices on their own time, with workers easily available to assist them if needed.

4)Branding that is relevant to a specific generation. Apple has become one of the most well-known companies in the world, to the point that when a new product is released, hundreds of people line up to buy it, and a big number of unboxing videos of their new items are published to YouTube. Apple's success is due not only to how their devices look, feel, and function, but also to how their ecosystem of other goods works together. Apple has also succeeded in appealing to other generations, such as Generation Y and Generation X.

Apple's objective is to consistently achieve high NPS, or Net Promoter Score, ratings, which indicate customer retention. According to the case study, there is a research on Apple's IOS operating system, which has a loyalty rate of roughly 89 %. This is accomplished through the technical assistance given by Apple workers, as well as the ability for consumers to schedule one-on-one sessions to learn more about the features of their device.
