It is essential for maintaining effectiveness and emotional balance as a counselor. I learned that recognizing early warning signs and setting healthy boundaries are key to preventing compassion fatigue and sustaining long-term well-being.</p>]]></description>

         <title>Personal Self-Care Strategies</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Two strategies I plan to use to practice good self-care are reading and crafting, as both help me relax, express creativity, and shift my focus away from daily stressors. I also plan to practice grounding techniques, such as deep breathing or mindfulness exercises, to stay present and calm during challenging moments. By setting aside regular time for these activities, I can maintain balance, manage stress, and ensure I am emotionally healthy and fully present while serving others in the helping profession.</p>]]></description>
