what resonated me the most was how smoothly and quickly logistics works behind the scenes.

o    What surprised you or challenged your existing knowledge?

I was surprised by knowing that there were a many types of warehousing. Like i don't even know the existence of all the warehousing before.

o    Were there any specific concepts or ideas that sparked your curiosity?

I'm curious about the logistics pipeline. like how they are all connected and why when there is a delay in one part it can affect the whole process.

§  How can you apply the concepts or ideas from the video to a real-world scenario?

I think the transportation concepts from the video can be applied in the real world, especially since many people shop online nowadays. For example, companies can use trucks to move products from warehouses directly to customers.

§  Can you identify any opportunities for improvement or advancement in the current practices?

I think using an Al can improved the curent practices since Al can make the process more smoothly and quickly. like the needed product can be predict by Al. Al also can analyze data to be more accurate, efficiency and reduce cost.

§  Imagine you have the resources to tackle this challenge – what innovative solution would you propose?

If i had the resources, i would like to use a local spots like small shops, cafes, or unused spaces as pickup points for deliveries closer to customers. Drivers can drop off multiple orders at one location, and its allowing customers to pick up their items easily. This process can speeds up delivery, saves time, reduces traffic, and makes the logistics process run more smoothly.
