Hye, I'm Syarini Sazlein and can call me Lin. I'm 23 years old, live in Machang, Kelantan. I want to learn how to be more confident. Confident is very important because it could attract people's interest when we are doing something. For example, to get a job, we need to past the interview stage. This is very important to get people interested in hiring us when we are confident. I love how entrepreneurs gain confident to started a business and sell their products. I want to have that confident too because this will help me grow in my career soon.

Title: how to be confident in any situation
Link: https://youtu.be/KmOAznOQX-g
name: dondraper
The content: He said that you dont want most of it, you want all of it, and he wont stop until he get it all. There's the external confidence that we project which can make closing deals, making friends or any relationship. There' also internal confidence that we feel comfortable in any given situation. This video analyse what Don can teach about both levels of confidence and how mastering each level can take you from being nervous to completely confident in any situation.
1. His relaxed body languange that the most interesting for instance he almost sits asymmetrically and spreads himself out comfortably will actually cause us to relax if we do it ourselves. He also moves freely around most environments which signals a sense of comfort and ownership wherever he is he acts like the boss everywhere.
2. Don is non-reactive. He said that they we are lacking and competence can really be a detriment you overreact to your own misyakes and end up making things worse but when shows non-reactive, it shows that you are not pressured by what's happening around you and that makes you come across as more powerful.
3. He doesnt try to convince people. Don makes many sales by not badgering clients and instead framing himself as an equal partner in negotiation.
4. The belief that he always be okay. After being honest, he has the courage to reveal the emotions that made him abandon his old life. Where a nan at the retreat confesses to feeling unseen and unlovable.

What i get: i leaned my arm draped over a chair in a way that doesnt prevent someone else from sitting near me. I leaned in position where i think i want to win someone over. It make other people want win me over. Difficult element of body language to master is what i want to do and pay attention, and doesnt fidget and that makes me to another level of confident. I keep my emotional expression in check actually inspires resolve in others in addition and simply remaining silent when things are going wrong without exposing m3 as someone who is totally confused and lost. I do not walk away when Im mad because it does not signal confidence or power unless petulance. Resist the urge to yell or tell a date or client how sorry they are going to be for blowing the opportunity. I have the confidence to confess my true feelings to the person that are close to me.

The most significant things that I learned about self-awareness in this class is as a human, we can have mental breakdown. Sometimes we have to sit and relax. It is okay to not be okay. As long as, after having a break, make sure to rise and do my best. I have learned that in order to succeed, I may be go through hard phase. However, that thing going to be my motivation to be stronger just like Miss Aliah told us. I would like to be better than I am right now and study to have a better future. This journey is not easy.
