- a short adventure beginning at you stepping through the portal, and ending with you using a red emergency flare to return home while bringing something educational back with you

Storybook Introduction

      A long time ago in a school far, far away, there was an incredibly intelligent (and good-looking) teacher looking after an incredibly talented class of students. He had arranged for them to go on a field trip one morning, and all of his students were looking forward to the opportunity to learn something new and exciting while outside their usual learning space. The students filed into his classroom in the morning bubbling over with energy and enthusiasm for the trip. You’d think the day would have been perfect, right? However, this isn’t that kind of story. It’s, well, a little bit different.

      When the students entered the class they didn’t see their usual (incredibly intelligent and good-looking) teacher waiting for them. Instead, they were met with a clumsy, bumbling supply teacher named Mr. Heraldo! He already had somehow tripped over his own feet and fallen over, which had skewed his bowtie off to the side and slightly dirtied up his shirt. He pulled his glasses out of his dark, poofy hair and pushed them high up on his nose, shuffled forward, and mumbled to the class about their usual teacher being unable to come to school due to an important meeting with the Prime Minister. He then told them that he was in charge for the day, and would be escorting them on their field trip.

      Now, field trips at this school far, far away were a bit different than the ones you may have been on. See, they didn’t use busses to travel here. They use magical portals! Really, these portals are quite safe. All you had to do was step in on one side, and you magically would arrive where the teacher programmed the portal to take you. The students all lined up, and got ready to step through.

      “Now, remember, if we get separated, just use a red flare, and the school principal will open up a portal to bring you home,” read Mr. Heraldo off his supply teacher day plan notes as he passed out red flares to each student. “Don’t forget that you need to return with something educational to share with the class tomorrow!”

      The students tucked away their flares, then all took a step forward into the portal together. However, just as they did, Mr. Heraldo tripped over his feet again and fell onto the portal control panel, mashing down on all the buttons as he fell! The portal’s destination point was changed multiple times in the course of a second! This was really going to be a crazy, wonky ‘field trip’ for…

When Captain invisible stepped through the portal he got teleported inside of a computer. It was very bright and he could not walk far because he is in a rectangle. Captain invisible walked very quickly to Google chrome and touched it and suddenly something opened inside of the computer. The app chrome opened he went to the search area and touched it. He could type something, He typed 'How to get out of a computer if you get stuck in one'. he thought that the principal would not be able to bring him home if he was in the computer. Then he pressed enter and it said you have to make a Google slides presentation about what you have learned. Captain invisible then searched 'play lab coding' and made a game it was called play lab creation. Next he went to search Google slides and started making his presentation he typed about his code and added the link. Then Captain invisible decided to learn about animals, he wanted to do jaguars. So he searched jaguars and it said that they are cats and they live in South America. They also eat meat, then Captain invisible went back to Google slides and typed on a different slide about what he had learned. He typed that jaguars live in South America, their cats and they eat meat. Then he put his presentation on a U.S.B  and a portal appeared he stepped through it and he was outside. One day, a guy named Josh went on a field trip with his class. Each of the students had a flare to get teachers to rescue them.

 If the students break them in half, the teachers will know they are in trouble. Since the school is magical, they used magic portals to travel to different places. He stepped in the portal and all of a sudden was in a game called Ultra Horror Adventure. Then, big words appeared and said the adventure begins now! But, their was a problem, he didn't know how to play the game! Then, a magical person appeared out of no where! After that happened, the person told Josh how to play the game. Not in a while, Josh started to play the game. On the way, he saw bats, spiders and skeletons. This was getting very scary now. Next, he all of a sudden fell in a deep, dark cave. It was so dark that you could not see a thing. Then, a light showed up from the front of the cave. He had seen a Cyclop! The one-eyed-monster wanted to battle him! Since Josh wants to be a military guy, he knew how to escape the monster without hurting it, so he ran as fast as he could and went on forward. After, he saw a tiny thing in the front of him, and he went on forward and realized it was just a bug that has blue colour skin. After that, he walked towards the light and it was a room with something in it, but what? He slowly and carefully opened the door and saw a golden backpack! The backpack had lasers to protect it and Josh has to unlock a code for the laser to go down. Then, he saw a code that said 98712 and entered the code on the laser. All of a sudden, surprisingly, the laser went down and Josh got the backpack in his hands! Since he got wanted, he ran out the cave happily waving the backpack around.

 He then broke the red flare and then a teacher came to open the portal again so Josh could go back to school. Raymond get very mad but he calmed himself down and moved on. Raymond was almost near the game but then thought how he was gonna get into the game. He saw some wires connecting to the Super Smash Bros game but to get through, you must wear vacation clothing. Luckily Raymond always wears vacation clothing so he moved on. Raymond was so happy that when the guard told him that this game was dangerous but Raymond never pays attention and he ran right threw. When Raymond went through the wires to Super Smash Bros, he saw his favorite character Link fighting his best friends Ali and Naeem! Raymond didn't know this would happen and didn't know who to help, his favorite character Link or his best friends Ali and Naeem. Raymond decided to help his friends because link is just a character in the game so Raymond used his favorite soccer skills to kick a ball into Links face and then link fell off the edge and he lost all of his lifes and lost. Raymond's friends were so thankful and happy that Raymond helped them and won. But then more links came out but Raymond and his friends had amazing soccer skills so they beat all the link and when they died, they drooped a red flare gun to help them get out of here. Too bad they only got 99% but Raymond doesn't care about scores or marks so they just went on. After that, Aanya had left after she had been told that Jade can do it herself. Aanya was walking by herself and suddenly found a piece of her flare! Aanya started getting super happy! After that, Aanya kept going and got a tiny bit scared. There were many dragons around her and she felt very suspicious. She realized that the dragons were looking at the flare. Aanya kept going because she needed to find the half of the flare to get back to school. Currently she only has half of the flare and needs to find the other half. She kept walking but did not see Jade one single bit for some reason. Aanya questioning herself, wonders why she hasn't seen Jade. Aanya kept searching for the other half of the flare and she found it! Se put the pieces back together. Aanya was about to shoot the flare, when suddenly she started thinking about what Jade said about her doing this herself. Aanya thought that she was able to go back herself so she was about to shoot the flare but then a dragon touched the flare, swooped up Aanya and the dragon was taking her somewhere. Suddenly Aanya slipped and fell off the dragon and fell to the ground with extreme pain and passed out. Finally when she woke up she saw Jade. She had fell near a waterfall. Aanya had lost her flare again! Jade decided to help Aanya find the flare. Aanya was surprised! They both worked together to find the flare. They had a plan to separate and meet back at the spot Aanya fell at. They went there separate ways and soon Jade yelled "AANYA! I FOUND THE FLARE!!!!" Aanya got super excited and they both met back in the spot Aanya fell. So she went looking around for a cave. One hour later she said out loud to herself. " When will I ever find a cave" Suddenly she spotted a mountain up ahead."  Finally "  She said. " There's a bigger chance that i'm going to find a cave here than in the middle of a field " Of course she was right cause a few minutes later she found a cave in the side of the mountain. It was really dark so she crafted a torch so she could see. 

She started to walk into the cave when she got in the torch lit up the whole thing and she saw that she could get lost easily. She started to think that a cave would be to dangerous then she remembered that she had a red flare and she changed her mind. She wondered wether she would go left straight or right she chose right " Right is always right " She said. She started walking right she walked for an hour then she said: " when will I find any rocks or minerals" she walked for an hour then she found some crystals stuck in the wall she used her pick ax and got the crystals out of the wall. She started to examine them and found out that they were really shiny. She said. " I want to find some diamonds in here but I can only see crystals the rest of the way along this pathway" 

So she went back to the opening and went straight into the left passage way. One hour into the passage way she found some diamonds in the wall she used her pick ax and three diamonds popped out into her hand. "I'm getting tired" She said. So she took her red flare and broke it in half in a few seconds the principal came and took her back to the school. Later on he herd nothing suddenly he herd the window break and a wolf growling he new he could not fight a wolf then the wolf came and he ran like never before he new that he cant out run a wolf so he ran and was cornered suddenly he shot lasers and the wolf got scared and ran. he wondered what happen then he fell and fainted because he did know what was going on.When he woke up he could not control his body and was getting controlled. After a while it turned dark again and he could control his body but this time nothing attacked and he triped hit the ground with his head  and didn't heart he was so confused when he got back up 1st he tripped and did not hit the ground then shoots lasers and now he hit the ground and it did not hurt now as he said wow in a smile.next day came in the morning he could not control his body again he hated that he couldn't control his body day after day after day in the morning he could not control his body.But 1 day he went to wonder around his world if animal ever came lasers would just shoot so no animal came to harm him he suddenly he herd a snake talking to him he did not know what it was then he noticed that he was talking to a snake he asked snake in a scared voice where he is the snake said you are in a digital world the snake told him where to go and where to find places.The n he asked how to get out this digital world he shouted!
the snake said you cant the only way is to go to a digital place where you can go to other digital worlds he said it was way north but also you specially you your the main character you cant control your body at day SAID THE SNAKE then im going to travel as much as i can he so in day i can control my body!He went to places where the snake told him to go as he found a book about greek and told him how to go back and he grabbed a gun that shot a red flair and went home and a happy ending the end

When Mr. Heraldo tripped over his feet and landed on the portal's controls at that same exact moment Chloe stepped into the portal,(Chloe was a rich and she had brown hair,brown eyes, and always wore sunglasses and went nowhere without her guitar) and then was teleported into a different world and the next thing she saw was a pioneer village, SOMEHOW SHE HAD TRAVELED BACK IN TIME!!!!!  

Chloe could not believe her eyes the town was small and not a lot of people lived there, Chloe thought to herself that she had to find somewhere to stay while she was there then she found a little girl who seemed to be crying.

Chloe walked over to her and asked her what was wrong, and then the little girl said ¨A man named Mr. Heraldo sent me here by accident a long time ago¨ then Chloe said ¨Mr. Heraldo just sent me here, hey can I stay with you for a while?

¨ Then the little girl nodded yes and Chloe and the little girl went in her house. Chloe asked the little girl how she got this house and the little girl explained that an old couple took her in and they were very poor and just as Chloe was about to offer them some money because Chloe was rich she realized she was not wearing her own clothing, SHE HAD PIONEER CLOTHING ON!!!!!

Chloe was freaking out just then the old couple told Chloe that the only way to get money was to work had in a job so Chloe had to find a job but she could not so she made a farm and it was so hard.

Every single day Chloe had to go to her farm and feed the animals and water the plants and harvest the them then when she would go home and cook for the family and then read the bible and she had learned in grade 3 that being a pioneer child was harsh and then the next day she had to get water from a well that the couple had built a long time ago.

Being a pioneer was very very very hard Chloe remembered the red flare that she had got but she could not find it, that was because she had pioneer clothing on so she made one and broke it in half then the principle came and saved her then when she told her class how hard it  was to be a pioneer.

But how do I play the game said Pill, easy said the wizard first you need to get some people to help you fight. Pill said where can I find people to help me fight. We can go to a castle where there are knights that have super powers  to help you. But I will give you super strength  said the wizard. But Pill asked how do we get there and the wizard pulled out a magic broom stick, then they `suddenly appeared at the castle. They saw the knights that the wizard was talking about and we saw them using there powers. Then a huge rock was going to hit the knights but he used his super strength and stopped the rock from hitting them. Then the knights said you are very helpful and strong.When Pill saw the knights they were all different colors and he thought they each had different powers. The wizard told the knights if Pill can use their training area. So the knights let him. The wizard said this is a test to see how powerful you are. Pill said okay but he was a little bit nervous cause it looked very hard. The wizard gave him an A+ and Pill was so happy. The wizard said that is a very cool thing to get an A+ on the first time. Then the knights became friends with Pill. Then they all piled on top of Pill and started to tickle him and he laughed so much. Then they all got of him and looked at him and said, why are you wearing a skull cap and a bow tie. Pill said because I am from somewhere else. Pill was also dark skin and a boy. Then the wizard said we are going to a smash arena for the ultimate battle. Then the wizard used his broomstick to fly all the way to the smash arena. They finally arrived to the smash arena and they saw the ultimate boss. He was called the Dark knight and he was one of the best fighter's in the world. The wizard gave him lazier powers and freezing powers. They all worked together to beat the Dark knight but he was still to powerful. Then Pill had an idea and said we all should attack at once. Then the dark knight was getting weaker and weaker. Then we all used up are powers and we finally beat the Dark knight. But Pill still couldn't get back home. So one of the knights gave him an emergency flare. Then Pill used it and then somebody in the arcade saw the emergency  flare and then they put their hand and reached in the portal. Then I was back in the arcade. Then Pill went to his school and told I learned about team work. The end

He really was not liking this not quite normal field trip. With no other option he set of to find his tool. So many things were made out of diamonds. Diamond grass , diamond rocks , diamond trees and loads more. With so many places to go he just went where ever he felt was right. Although that probably wasn't the best idea because he ended up getting lost near a diamond forest. After a few more hours it was night time. The sky in diamond land wasn't special, although he couldn't help but notice that the stars were made out of diamonds too. The time probably goes faster in the diamond world because he wasn't feeling the least bit sleepy. Although this made it much harder to look for a tool that was smaller than a ruler. He realized it would be almost impossible to find the tool at this rate so he decided to take a nap. He slept for 2 hours before he awoke to what sounded like diamond clanking. He panicked when he saw a diamond bear. Then when the bear saw him the next thing he knew he was fighting a bear made out of one of the hardest materials known to mankind with a mere diamond stick. He was lost in thought if he was ever going to make it out of here alive. He got pushed onto the hard diamond floor a few times then he began running for his. After that he kept on running until he realized he was in the same spot as where he started, when he got here. And there was his tool lying right in front of him. For Sahana . As soon as Sahana fell into the portal she fell down not knowing where she was it look like it was winter but that made no sense it was just summer . Sahana was really confused . Then Sahana saw a very big figure running towards her. Then she saw a horse it was so beautiful it was black  and had the most beautiful eyes ever . The place Sahana was in she had no idea where she was but there was a lot of horses and people dress up to ride them . But there were no cars or buildings. It was weird . 

Next Sahana saw a van coming towards her . Then the people said hi my name is Amber and name is Scott . This horse belongs to a girl in the stables were the other horses are they said . So they ask her you seem to know how to calm the horse down so we need to ask you a favor . Would you walk the horse to the stables and I will follow you down to the stables . So Sahana had nothing to do in this place except to get out of it so she said yes . The Sahana walked the horse to the stables . And then two girls Tori and Cat walk by then started to talk to Sahana they said you are so cool you walked the most wildest and crazy horse in the stables and then walked it to the stables that is so cool. But wait until Emily hears about this she is going to be so mean to her . Oh sorry Emily is the bully if someone saves something of hers she gets so jealous because she did not save it . She hates it . Well I have to find a way to get out of here . Oh that is easy all you have to do is find the missing stone and then it would take you what ever you want . Okay and where would I find the stone? Well people say that the stone is hidden in a different stable and it is right across the corner . Oh well that is easy lets go said Sahana. So they went across the corner in the stable but they could not find the stone anywhere . Then Cat and Tori said maybe there is a secret cave and the stone is in there . We could try . So they search for the secret cave and then the stable manager said what are you guys doing here you should be at your stable .

So they said we are trying to find the stone and get her back to her world . Oh by the way this place is called Horse Land. Thank you at least somebody told me . Hey you why do you think the stone is here said the stable manager . People tell us that the stone is here . Well it is not said the person in a suspicious way . Then they secretly came back into the stable because they did not believe him then Cat saw a shimmer and a opening then she said quietly maybe the stone is in here. So they looked inside and then so a bright green light they saw the stone it was a beautiful green and it look like a emerald. So Sahana said her good byes and thank yous and said that she wanted to go back to her world and then BAM she was in her world. Normal cars normal buildings houses and much more . When Mad Ali stepped through the portal, he knew something was very wrong. He landed in Gaming Land! Gaming Land had controllers all over the ground! Consoles also were littered all over the place. It was really dark, and there was no one there except for two of his classmates (Vacation Raymond and Bros Naeem). All three of them were incredibly scared! Raymond and Naeem were very far away though, and Ali could barely see them off in the distance. 
 
Mad Ali was usually a really mad guy, but this place made him feel even more angry! He was hoping for an ordinary field trip, and now he had no idea what he was supposed to be doing here! His dark jacket and his thin glasses had stayed normal looking at least, unlike all of the craziness around him.
 
It looked like all the Super Mario games had started to come to life! Super Mario, Luigi, Bowser and all of their friends and minions started to appear. Mad Ali began freaking out. This was horrible! He didn’t want to get stuck in a massive fight between video game good guys and bad guys! He noticed that Naeem and Raymond had already used their red emergency flares. They were going home right away, but Mad Ali knew he was supposed to bring something back with him to show off to his class. 
 
Just then, something heavy fell on his head. The video game characters started to vanish! Mad Ali looked down, and saw a heavy piece of rock. He was lucky that he was okay! When he looked closer, he realized that it was a big lump of tungsten, tin and gold, all mixed up together! He knew that there were the minerals needed to make consoles. That would be something great to show off to his class!
 
At the end of this crazy, wonky, awesome ‘field trip’, Mad Ali opened his backpack and cracked open a flare. He was so excited to show his classmates the rock he was bringing back, and to explain all about how it was important to making video games (and video game worlds) real!
