For example, in Maths class, I couldn't understand a concept. I didn't ask the teacher because I was afriad she would scold me. However, to my dismay, this concept was something I had to use even in secondary school!

When I finally found the courage to ask my Maths teacher in Form 2, it was already too late. Luckily, my Maths teacher in Form 2 helped me. My Math scores soared high after that!

However, when I would study, I would always get distracted by things near me, so I decided to get help from professionals. From my parents to my math teacher, I would ask them to give me math questions to solve. When it was basically 12 am, I would go to sleep, but to pass the test, I would still study till I finish the questions and got my results. A single question wrong would result me in doing the whole paper again. I would usually sleep at 12:30, but if I wasn't finished I would finish it as quickly as possible and get it right.

When I did my test, I thought I would fail again, but the test paper had the word 70 written in red- it turns out I had passed successfully.

From this, I learnt that hard work always pays off. Now that I'm in 7th grade, I will continue to practice so I could get better grades.

Also, please protect your time for hobbies and friends. These moments are just as crucial for your growth. Be kind to yourself, understand that mistakes are part of the process, and know that you are capable of navigating this journey.

One thing I wish I knew in Primary 6 is the

importance Of staying focused because when i am doing home work or having a test, i will easily get distracted by something such as my pens which makes some thing that takes like one hour to finish was increased by like another hour, this proves when your undistracted you can work more efficiently than being distracted.

Here is some examples, when I'm at home doing exercise or home work I would have my phone next to me and every time i see a message i immediately go reading it forcing me to be distracted but when the phone in is the room next to me i would not know if sometimes shows up letting me concentrate and finish the work much quicker.

Also studying is shown that a group of people in high school were studying and one room is that they dont have there phone and the other has there phone turned off but put next to them and it was shown that the students with the phone had trouble focusing because they kept looking at the phone even though they know it was off.

After knowing this every time i do something that doesn't involve my phone i would put it in the next room then after finishing i would use it.

I found out that every year, I need to take more and more days to review about my test and exams, I just found it out when primary 6 ended. I learnt my lesson from primary and have a plan, I will try and do better at class. I’m going to try and listen to the teacher’s stuff and jot down notes, and my goal is that I can choose the subjects I want at grade 9. I will do my best and I won’t let anything stop me from achieving my goal, I might be stopped by something, but at least I will try my best and achieve my goal.

One thing I wish I would know in primary 6 is to know that the primary school life and my childhood is very short and fast.Look back the time that were passed, it is full of memory and happiness.We need to cherish time and the present.

For example, when you were playing,stop for a while and think of the time that were gone.Told yourselves to manage your time more wisely and cherish time to study.Or else,your time will be wasted.

One thing I wish I knew in primary 6 is the importance of staying focused during class

For example when I was in Math class and the teacher talked about a very important point that could be in the exams, but I failed to pay attention to this.

In the end I asked my teacher again but she didn’t explain it as detailed as she explained to the class.

Furthermore, I should revise more for PS1 so that maybe I could get assigned to Class T or Class V for all subjects.

Last but not least, I should dedicated on English because it will be crucial for my study in middle school, too.

I wish I knew in sixth grade that making a simple schedule would make life so much easier, it would have helped me remember homework, find time for sports and friends, and feel less stressed because I would know exactly what to do and when to do it, instead of always trying to remember everything at the last minute, which always made me anxious and often meant I forgot important projects or couldn't hang out with my friends because I was doing schoolwork at the last minute.

Once my class needed a relay runner, I refused, feeling loss. Later, watching their cheers made me feel left out, missing an irreplaceable memory.

Those activities weren’t distractions- They taught teamwork and courage books can’t. I wish I’d known to step them out, not realize it now.

Soon, we graduated and went to different secondary schools. I didn’t realize how much I’d miss her until I had no one to share shacks with or laugh together. Now, I know that friends are not just people to play with, but also the ones who cheer you up when you are unhappy, help when you get stuck and make your day happier. I wish I’d cherish our friendship more, instead of letting small arguments break our friendship.

I wish I had raised my hand more often in class, even when I wasn't 100% sure of the answer. I wish I had joined the drama club, which I thought looked incredibly fun, instead of worrying I wouldn't be good enough. Most of all, I wish I had been more genuinely myself—shared my quirky interests in books and science, and not tried so hard to mirror the tastes of the "popular" group.

Looking back, I see now that everyone else was just as insecure and wrapped up in their own world. The fear of a little embarrassment or not being "cool" seems so small now compared to the experiences and confidence I might have gained. Grade 6 was a time for discovery, and I learned a little late that the only person you really need to impress is your future self.

One thing I wish I knew in 6th grade was how to speak confidently and loudly in front of a crowd. Usually, our English project is not too hard since its only taking a video and making a short and simple presentation board or poster, but in 6 grade, there were more chances for me to speak in front of a crowd.I was very nervous while presenting something to a crowd, I was kind of frustrated about this problem, so I knew i needed to find a solution for this problem.I have started to go to a english tutor since i was K3 and it helped me a-lot with my writing skills and my speaking, I was frustrated for days that I put on a sad face during the weekend. My tutor immediately noticed that I was not normal, I told her my problem, and she gave me a couple solutions for me.First is to bring a small toy to fidget while I am stressed about talking in-front of the crowd, so this can help distracting my stress and nervousness.Second of all, she said that I can not look at the crowd or in people eyes, looking into people eyes will make you more stressed on your presentation.If your really stressed and anxious, take a deep breathe and keep on going, these methods really helped me a lot.

As i step in secondary, more and more presentations are coming and now i can fully speak fluently and confidently in a crowd or even in front of many people thanks to my English tutor. :)

One thing I wish I knew back in Primary 6 is always pay attention in class and write down the important points. If the teacher repeats something more than twice, you can be sure it will appear in the exam.

When it comes to social life, try to connect with the secondary students. Knowing more seniors will make your transition to secondary school much smoother. You’ll already have familiar faces around, and sometimes being invited to events or activities really depends on who you know.

We should also spend more time exploring what we truly enjoy. By doing that, when it’s time to pick a club in secondary school, you won’t feel so confused. You might even discover a hidden talent you never knew you had.

The one thing I wish I knew in primary 6 was how important the final exam was. If I did bad on that exam, I would not go to a good school

Im in Pui Kiu College and I will go to the secondary section easily. But only if I studied harder, I would be in a better class. I wish I could go back in the past and work harder than I was before.

I hope I knew that how important is the UT and exam in secondary. Because in secondary, there were a lots of exam and dictation. We need to use a lot of time to study, also we need to jot down the things teacher teach us. When I was 6th grade, I thought that the secondary is same as primary. But it is not. I think I am very stupid at that time

one thing i wished i knew in primary 6 was to pay attention in class and not talk to others when i was in primary i thought it would be easy to go to secondary so i didnt have to study well thats what i thought but when reality hit me i was doing things last minute like homework and studying for quizzes but i didn’t know that the stuff we learnt in primary would be in secondary too in the summer i had to keep up with everything just in one month so i really regret that and i hope i can improve myself .

One thing I wish in primary 6, is not to talk in classes,cause when I was in grade 6,although my mom always tell me that secondary is hard, I still thought that secondary might just change a tiny bit.
