         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Lack of consistency:</strong> Applications being screened by many different people à lack of objectivity resulting in inconsistent quality of screening &nbsp;<br><br></div><div><strong>High applicant volume:</strong> Nestlé's Management Trainee program receives up to 3,000 applications from young talent every year.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><strong>Long screening process:</strong> Long hours needed to manually screen candidates through the required hiring stages&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><strong>Unclear leadership qualities:</strong> The candidates are young with limited working experiences, which makes it a greater challenge than usual to identify leadership potential from a CV.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><strong>Not meeting requirements:</strong> Not all candidates being shortlisted may have been meeting analytical and communication standards set by Nestlé.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><strong>Candidate attrition: </strong>The long screening process affects candidate response time, so high potential candidates may be lost to other opportunities.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
