I started on it after my first GCSE English controlled assessment where we had to write a piece of text based on a genre and I chose J- drama since my friend had gotten me into it, since I got an A for it I thought it would be worth making a real book out of. I just don't know how to go about publishing it yet. 
I would also like to get into the illustration industry so I can illustrate for other people. 

Project Sakura tells a story about two Japanese boys, Kyoya Sohma and Akito Toshibo who used to be best of friends in elementary school but since they couldn't go to the same middle school they drifted apart so when they reunited in high school Akito couldn't understand that Kyoya wasn't the same shy, quiet, little boy he used to play tag and Pokémon with. He was this big hot shot so wrapped up in hanging out with 'the cool kids.' He flat out rejected him.

I think that would of been my response if someone told me art was lame when I was younger. I guess that's why I was able to relate to the character Yuta so much as rhythmic gymnastics was genuinely everything to him as the series opens with him as a small child watching a team of professional rhythmic gymnasts practicing for a performance. His first line was 'ever since I was a little kid, all I ever dreamed of was dancing with everyone and doing jumps like that. He thought that if people are going to see a fox as a shifty, untrustworthy creature there was no point in being anything else. In other words if no one was ever going to respect him for who he was why should he try to show respect to them? 

This is one of the ways it parallels to the real world as some people completely reject people just because they are a particular race. It can be traced back to the last world war, people from allies countries who have some memory of the war or heard stories about it which horrified and disgusted them. 
Once at school a teacher told me this is why some people absolutely refuse to have anything to do with countries such as Japan because of their actions in the last war.  

Nick the fox is just like my character Daito, he turned bitter, cold and aggressive towards others because he was lead to believe in the same thing as Nick was by his peers when he joined a local drama club.

He loves to play the guitar both acoustic and electric as it allows him to venture off into his own little world and be free to be him. 
Since he's autistic he always had difficulty expressing himself emotionally to other people and understanding the world around him.  
He had always loved to sing songs, particularly songs that had been used in the Pokémon films such as Brother my brother, as it pretty much sums up his estranged relationship with his brother after they were separated. 

He was often bullied for his Japanese like appearance at school, thinking it would be of some help, his dad had gotten him into a local drama club as he thought he would be able to make some good friends as they seemed to be interesting in the same thing as him, the performing arts. 
However they were exactly the same, if not worse than the kids at the school as they locked him in the cupboard. The ringleader told him that if he thought they could trust a 'Jap' after everything they did he was an idiot. 

Since that day Drake's heart had turned cold as he always lashed out at those who dared to provoke him. He thought that if people were just going to see him as an evil Japanese monster then there was no point in trying to be anything else, this often lead him into getting into trouble as he often got into group fights with his only two friends that he met in detention, Ralf Heindrich and Luka Mignonga who told him they went through exactly the same thing. 

When he got into year 10, the school's music tutor Mrs Malone feared that he was going off the rails and needed serious help as the detentions didn't seem to have any affect on him. She lead him to the music room where the music club took place after school but it didn't start off well as Drake had gotten the same feeling of not being welcome that he did at the drama club as the looks the girls gave him were very much like theirs. 

Feeling bad for him Claire follows him outside and tries to get to the bottom of it.
