         <title>Responsibility for checking and maintenance</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Tadhg: The Chinese tech has compatibility issues. The PC is in Chinese requiring use of laptop. There will always be some compatibility issues across language, culture and systems. Regardless, it does not appear that there is a regular checking and maintenance programme, as problems are frequent. It would be useful for an agreed frequency of checking of tech in all rooms to make sure it is functional, maybe once a week with a named person.</p>]]></description>
