I love everything that flex has to offer, not just the flexible schedules and how easy it makes school life, but I really love what the teachers do. They treat you as you were a close friend rather than a student and for me that helps since I always get so nervous when speaking to teachers and such. I have more free time to do as I please as well so I'm not stuck Infront of a computer all day doing classes and stressing to get work done. Shoutout to Mrs. Marcus and Mrs. Johnson, I've had them for most of my flex journey and they are such lovable and funny people, and I love being around them (even if we get off course sometimes). Thank you for making things so much easier and more enjoyable FLEX!

]]> 2025-02-10 16:49:00 UTC https://padlet.com/afelton2/e48h1hpsdwhpgeys/wish/3322879790 Teachers & Flexibility! https://padlet.com/afelton2/e48h1hpsdwhpgeys/wish/3322880297 We have been with ARVA for 5 years. During that time we have been in (regular) ARVA classes and flex classes. There is way more flexibility. We have always worked ahead but with them not having all of the extra CCs I am able to have more one on one with each of my kids to help with trouble areas. With both, the teachers have been amazing but we have an extra big spot for our Flex teachers! All of my kiddos have had/have Mrs. Duvall and Mrs. McDaniel is catching up! Also, we have Mrs. Sawyer this year. All of the teachers have gone out of their way to understand family emergencies popping up this year. They all make my kiddos feel heard/understood. They are all amazing and I feel like they are a HUGE part of Flex being successful for our family and others!
