Micro waves were first predicted by the use of James equations. Later during 1888 Heinrich Hertz proved the existence of micro waves by building a device that produced and detected micro waves. James Maxwell was a Scottish scientist so he discovered micro waves in Scotland.</a></div>]]></description>
