Also I learned about the history of Guadeloupe.

The third thing is that Guadeloupe is the nearest island to Africa out of all the islands nearby.

First of all I learned a lot about the history about Guadeloupe.

In addition I learned that it’s a difference between playing rules or beeing myself especially when I talk to others about myself.

And I learned how to do a local drink with lime, sugar and rhum.

I’ve realized that first impressions are often misleading — everyone needs time to open up, and it’s important to give that time to both ourselves and others.

I’ve come to value my own name more deeply, appreciating its meanings and characteristics, and I’ve also learned to respect the names of others.

I’ve learned more about the history and daily life on Guadeloupe, which broadened my worldview and made me see things differently.

And perhaps most importantly, I’ve come to understand that in order to prevent burnout, it’s essential to take care of myself: to sleep, to rest, to stay physically active, and to have purposful challenge.

What does it really mean?

When we let our MIND guide us through the life we use external values and knowledge that doesn't belong to us. They are learnt from family, friends, colleagues, cultures, etc. We make decisions based on what is expected of us and not based on our core values...

To choose your authentic self you need to change the decision making criteria! Always ask yourself:

Is it natural?

Does it open my potential/talent?

Do I feel joyful about it?

Is it interesting for me?

And then watch the LIFE to unfold in front of you 🤩

Today I also thought about people living on Gwadeloupe, about their history and relations.

Swimming in the blue sea and admiring the green coastline I had a good chance to find out who I am in the world.

I asked myself: why must things happen?

Why does life shake us, sweep us away,

and we let the wind carry us off?

How can we truly be present,

here and now,

without getting lost in the noise of time?

Who am I, really?

Am I thought? Emotion?

Am I the voice that asks,

or the silence that answers?

Who is it that embraces Humanity

without judgment, with clear eyes?

Who holds it close when it trembles?

And then,

like an unexpected caress,

I understood that the world is inhabited

by kind, genuine, radiant souls.

Beings who challenge the darkness

with the courage of a smile,

with the silent strength of goodness.

The past 36 hours have tested me—lost luggage, a location I couldn’t find—yet I haven’t let go of my smile or the positive feeling that comes with being challenged.

…Maybe the Greeks were right, and in the light of that sun: “Always believe, never surrender.”
