         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Appreciation of how to manage a septic infant, although basic septic 6 the same, everyone will have picked up subtle differences in how they approach a case and their implicit framework will be subtly different.<br>- Jargon: "septic neonate", "cannula", "neonate" <br><strong>Unconscious expectations: <br></strong>- Junior assumes that he is the one that needs to perform cannula in first instance. Tacitly could have learnt that nurses may be more procedurally competent / could ask for pointers from nurses / assume nurses won't automatically offer help unless asked.&nbsp;<br><br><br>attempts cannula in neonate, unconscious expectation places cannula successfully every time. If doesn't achieve this then formulates further ideas regarding future e.g. questioning own suitability regarding paediatric specialty training.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
