5- Hi, I am music. Music is often a shelter for us. It helps us get rid of stress, entertain ourselves in the company of our beloved ones, and promote our creativity. Kids not only enjoy music as they dance, play, rest while listening to music; many research studies provide evidence that there is a strong link between music and cognitive development. Moreover, learning to play an instrument and practising with it support their collaboration skills and enhance their overall wellbeing.
