God linked himself to humanity so that we are forever bound to God. In doing this, God became human so that he could experiences our joys and sorrows. "Man can become God" is not a literal meaning of everyone of us becoming our own God, instead we become a part of God within Heaven as a result of that "marriage".

The reference to the "light from an invisible lamp" means that although we cannot find the direct source, we can watch the light pass through. In LOTR, it's not Tolkien or the characters who are the direct source of light, it is instead God who's light passes through the book and brings the sacraments. This exemplifies the Catholic Imaginations as Catholics are conditioned to derive meaning from what God's light goes through.

In the Catholic Faith, we judge ourselves as a deprived society. Deprived means to lack an essential part of oneself, in this case being perfectly holy as a result of original sin. Depraved is what many other religions may describe themselves as. Depraved conjures a wicked and evil-doing society which God poses a negative attitude. It's another part of the Catholic Imagination that believes God is still present all around us and we will finally be with God in Heaven.

The ring of Sauron represents the ideas of original sin and Frodo's journey to destroy it describes our own journey to rid our self of sin and temptation in order to reach the kingdom of God
2. Gandalf represents a Christ-like figure covered in mystery as Saroun would represent the devil as both are in a constant struggle and battle of middle-earth.
3. Tolkien throughout the book, will allude multiple times to the number 7 within certain groups and objects. The number 7 in the Church represents the number of sacraments but also the 7 deadly sins.

This layout looks really great too. I like the vertical design and how you use arrows. As you've made the dates fairly subtle in each post, I'd encourage you to put the date on the arrows as a label in order to push these dates forward more (as they are pretty important for the viewer to take in)
