COM: The management fee contribution under Erasmus+ 2021 Annual Work Programme, and proposed also for 2022, continue to increase to keep up with efforts at the start of the programme. The allocations are proportional to the total funding for the decentralized actions and in line with the legal basis.

Does DG EAC has some kinf of financial projection for 2021 - 2027: this we talked about and it was promised to us, so that we will be able to plan multiannual work plans...

We need an API system with two-way communication (synchronization) as it was originally planned. The current systems are so unreliable and unstable that meeting deadlines is next to impossible.

How much can we deviate from the percentages we assume in the WP when we deem it appropriate? e.g. we decide to split the funds 40%/60% between accredited organisations and regular applicants and later we find out that there is not that many accredited yet. can we change it to 20%/80%? Or if we originally split the funds between R1 and R2 as 50%/50% but vast majority of organisations apply in R1 and therefore it would be reasonable to change it to 70%/30%. Can we do that? To what extent?

Issuing grant agreement and incorrect budget in PMM?

Several budgets are currently incorrect in PMM. We have made manual calculations and informed the selection committee that a revised budget overview may be presented. However, we are hesitant to issue grant agreements based on these. What are the recommendations to do in these cases, do we have to wait until PMM is correct or is issuing the agreements more important and should be done once the decision is signed?

1. Under the DEU Inclusion Action, could you please clarify how the participants with fewer opportunities will apply for travel passes? Should they apply directly to the organisation that carries out the project since they are supposed to be involved in setting up the itinerary and booking of travel tickets? Or is there another way of applying for the travel passes (for example, through EYP)?

2. Regarding the Learning Cycle activities, could you please provide us with more information about the meetups? How can we identify participants from across Europe?

3. Regarding the budget categories for the DEU Inclusion Action, could you please elaborate more on the difference between the organisational support and inclusion support (unit costs)?

Did you have any campaigns or tools or adverts or any special approach to include newcomers to the programs? (for example in Czechia we plan to reach out to cheildrens homes in order to include them in Erasmus+ & ESC)
