A good use of technology in a physical education class would be an iPad and stereo system. This would give you and your students a new type of start and stop mechanisms. It also allows the students to get engaged and feel more personally connected to the lesson when they are listening to music they enjoy. This will make the students want to enjoy the physical activity more as well.
