TownDaily will advertise a random town daily.
TownRCMD (standing for Town Recommend) will include a list of towns that're high quality.
How will TownRCMD recommend? Not AI, I'm too stupid for that. The way is .. UPGRADES! TownCRTR is going to have a few new items, one of them being a cell tower. The cell tower will be bought from /townimprovements, a new command which will contain these items.

The more items in your town, the higher quality.

Now, I hear you ask, "Wouldn't this be exploitable?". Nope. TownCRTR's loops, scoreboards, etc,. will now be updated player based. Loops for taxes will be changed to be faster, and the more players online, the longer it takes for the scoreboard to update.
More optimizations include small things, such as changing `every 1 tick:` (20 ticks per second), to something like` every 1.5 seconds`. First it was by username, then custom name, then username, then custom name again.
Of course, we're still keeping custom names. But! I'm introducing a new naming system.
