         <description><![CDATA[<div>Yes it is an example of strategic philanthropy as they have taken into account all the risks and benefits that will come from this corporate philanthropy and the benefits outweigh the risks as all they will be risking is time and money but the benefits are the good reputation they receive which could bring in even more investors as they see Fidelity Investments as an ethical company and by helping the kids, less of them will drop out and more of them will enter the workforce which allows the company to have a larger employee pool in the future</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>we would calculate the school retention of students and we can calculate it by finding out and comparing how many students drop out of school before the partnership started. We can collect data from all the different schools and feedback from the students and see how they feel about the partnership programmes. Another thing we can measure if how many new investors join the company due to the knowledge of our partnerships and we can do so by asking them to fill in a reason for investing in our firm form.<br><br></div>]]></description>
