Nova was born in the year of 2001 on 0ctober 16th. She is the daughter of Martha and Earl Johnson. She leaves her little sister Naomi and wife Michele. Nova passed supporting a cause she loved. During her Black Lives Matter (BLM) march, the protest became too much for her heart to handle. On March 4th, 2072 Nova was laid to rest. A final request was all donations be sent to Black Lives Matter foundation in support of the movement. Nova was very proud of her work with the organization, we hope that she is greatly remembered.

Bowlby's theory of attachment is helpful for understanding infants understanding for death. After infants form an attachment to their caregivers around 6 or 7 months, they begin to display separation anxiety when their caregivers leave them. According to Bowlby, infants first engage in protest (yearning and searching) when separated from their attachment figures. After not finding their loved one, they begin to display despair by showing disinterest in play and depressive-like symptoms. After some days they enter a detachment phase where they renew interest in toys and companions.

(Sigelman & Rider, 2018)
