I'm even more thankful that our "homework" was more about giving feedback and less about spending 3-5 more hours creating a lesson, then using it, then submitting a reflection on it....Thank you for treating us like professionals and valuing our time. That is something we are not used to in this district. They have always made us jump through hoops to earn credit when we need to be in our classrooms.
