She has always worked silently for the betterment of our campus. Today, where our Dahisar campus is its all because of her constant effort. Before she joined the campus, she was running but didn't have a proper structure. It was a lot of challenges for her, but she never gave up and worked day and night to understand the system and to implement various rules and regulations. 

I would like to share a few instances where she showed her accountability and responsibility -

1) Major challenges faced with the old batches who were going to go on internship - There was a point where the batches were very disappointed regarding the stipend thing so much that few students were planning to quit the course and as faculty we were facing issues to make them stay at that time Devyani ma'am stepped in , had one on one sessions in the batch motivated them to continue with their studies and make them understand all the scenarios without hampering their studies.

2) Lab setup - She constantly pushed for the equipment that we needed for our lab to meet the students' expectations. She also gave instructions regarding how to manage and run the lab effectively. 

3) VSC / VFC - Under the guidance of Anmol Aneja sir, she made independent 2 committees for students (Cultural Committee & Editorial Committee). Under her directions, we were able to set structured committees, including the committee members, and she defined guidelines to act on, which encouraged students to bring out their creative sides and make their journey a fun filled one. 

There are many more things that she do, we all are really lucky to be able to work under her guidance. Thank you ma'am for always being there for us and our students all the time.

Sukhvinder Sir - Being an backbone of worli campus sir is handling all the things with an ease i have learnth manythings under his guidence excellent upline and excellent human being indeed.

Shraddha Maam - All i can say for her is problem solver shraddha maam is very helpful and the best in what she do can't thank her enough for helping me in many aspects.

Devyani Maam - the very extraordinary peron go extra mile every time for well being of campus she helped me personally for closing many cases the way she interact with student is commendable also it looks very inspiring when students as well as the staffs adores her.

It’s not easy to keep going strong when things are constantly changing, but you’ve handled it with patience and professionalism. Your efforts don’t go unnoticed, and I’m truly proud to have such a reliable team.

Whether it’s managing student issues or executing changes faster than a Bollywood dance step, you all have stood strong. Yes, we’ve had our Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham moments some hits, some flops but in every scene, our CAHs said only one thing:

"Team hum hai to kya gham hai" 💥

(Instead of the classic "Hum aapke hain kaun?" )

Just recently, we had one such “filmy” moment—got a last-minute challenge where students had to be prepped within a day. We looped in the CAHs with a one-line problem statement, and within hours, the situation was handled beautifully with seamless coordination and student-first execution. It was a masterclass in our core value: Bias for Action! 🙌

You’ve been our Shah Rukh Khan-level dependable, Salman Khan-level bold, and Kartik Aaryan-level spontaneous! Thank you for being the drama-free, crisis-ready, full-on entertaining and solid backbone of every new plot twist we throw at you. 🎭

When Teena Ma’am couldn’t be around in person, things could’ve easily gone haywire.

But Geetika Ma’am quietly stepped in not with noise, not with announcements, but with pure presence, grace, and accountability.

From handling academic flow, to guiding facilitators, to being that steady hand everyone needed, she held the fort without making it look like a battle.

No spotlight. No “look at me.”

Just silent leadership, exactly when we needed it the most.

Some people manage work.

She managed people. And that made all the difference.
