         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Managing myself: </strong>Students become aware and reflect upon their own abilities and what they need to progress. Students are really given control over their own learning progress and learn to look intrinsically as a means of optimising development.<br><strong>Being literate: </strong>One of the core values of PSI is the emphasis on literacy and the written word. This is targeted through use of task cards, learning wall, key words and written feedback on progress from students.<br><strong>Staying well: </strong>In choosing a suitable challenging part of the lesson to participate in, students allow themselves to participate at their maximal capacity, ensuring they are developing both physical and mental wellbeing.<br><br></div>]]></description>
