Carrying out our eTwinning project with our students in line with the Sustainable Development Goals has been a valuable experience for all of us. Our children not only learnt about environmental awareness but also reflected it in their daily lives. The feedback from our parents showed that this awareness was also reflected at home.

Thanks to this project, I was very happy to see that our students developed their ability to take responsibility, produce and develop solutions.

This eTwinning project is a highly valuable and modern initiative that aims to raise students’ environmental awareness while equipping them with 21st-century skills. The project addresses important environmental themes such as climate change, environmental pollution, sustainable cities, life on land and in water, environmental education, and recycling, all based on the European Union’s development goals and approached through an interdisciplinary perspective.

Through their active participation, students developed not only problem identification and problem-solving skills but also enhanced their critical thinking, effective communication, and collaborative working abilities. The use of web-based tools supported the development of their digital literacy, while opportunities for creative thinking and entrepreneurial action were successfully integrated into the project.

Students took active roles in the project, which helped them build leadership skills. Collaborations with students and teachers from different schools and cultures strengthened the multicultural and inclusive aspects of the project.

Overall, this project has provided a highly effective and successful experience, both in terms of environmental education and the personal and social development of students. I believe that it has greatly contributed to raising responsible, conscious, and environmentally aware individuals.

Participating in this project, which was carried out in line with the European Union Development Goals, has been a valuable experience both for my students and for me. Throughout the project, students had the opportunity to explore important concepts such as environmental awareness, sustainable living, recycling, climate change, and social responsibility. Supported by hands-on activities, this process not only increased their awareness but also laid the foundation for positive behavioral changes in their daily lives.

I am very proud of the interest, sense of responsibility, and teamwork skills my students demonstrated throughout the project. The positive feedback we received from families clearly showed that the impact of the project extended beyond the classroom and into students' homes.

Thanks to this project, we were able to create a learning environment that supports 21st-century skills, is student-centered, and encourages solutions to global issues. I am truly happy to have been part of such a meaningful and effective experience. I would sincerely love to take part in similar projects in the future
