Outside of school/work, I enjoy spending time with my family.  My husband and I have been married for 10 years and have a 4-year-old son and almost-2-year-old daughter who keep us very busy. ;) I also love to run & read. I have played in jazz bands and festivals and love every opportunity to expand to different styles and genres. As a side note, I am a huge cat person and have one cat.

I attended Niceville High, and NWFSC before attending UWF. There is much I am hoping to do over my career: Teach voice lessons, learn to play organ, develop more piano training, direct choirs in a middle and high school setting, and continue to perform commercially. So far in teaching, my few experiences with teaching voice lessons have been some of my greatest joys.
