https://youtu.be/kehjByLNvmo

Speaker: Vanessa Van Edwards

Qualification: Author & Behavioral Investigation

1. Describing the video content.

In this video, the speaker talk about 10 leadership skills that every leader should have. This speaker is targeting everyone who wants to be the leader. The content in this video is related to the skills that every leader must have to be a successful leader. The examples such as small yes for small things, Pygmalion effect, logic or emotional, choosing the right seat, empathy calorie time, ask behavioral questions, be scared a little, abandon revenge, embody the body language of leaders and invest in communication skills.

2.Personal reaction to the video.

In this video is valuable to me is go for the small yes. For example, to do something, the leader must do a study first to see the consent of the people. In addition, the leader must also agree to something that people like even if it looks small. For example they did a first-time study to promote drive carefully yard products by offering larger sizes for the first time. The people who agreed were only 20% then they came back after 3 weeks and applied to the same person, and as a result the percentage of people who agreed was as much as 76% for the larger sign size per yard which is the original size of their yard. This thing teaches us to agree even if it’s just a small thing to get big results later on.This thing reminds and makes an impact on myself if being a leader.
