As a team we started with reading the task description and coming to an agreement about our understanding of the task and what was required.

Kelsey began by asking who would like to be team leader. Jaz nominated herself and James and Kelsey Agreed.

Each of us contributed to the decision to use Canva as our program to develop the storyboard. Jaz was confident in using this program and offered to begin the project to send a shared link to everyone.

Kelsey continued by directing the conversation asking which scenario everyone was resonated with. Jaz pasted this in the chat and we all read them together deciding on scenario 2.

James sent an overview of the task and what we Understand to include in the assessment that was going to meet the criteria.

We wrote down the 7 slides we were going to use and what criteria was going to be on each page which was posted in the chat for everyone to see.

We all decided to meet up tomorrow between tutorials.

We explored the rubric together, understanding our task in a more in depth manner.

Jaz shared her screen to show us which design we would choose to show our storyboard. We all decided on a simplistic design.

Collaboratively we drew up the first 2 slides with our introduction and the strengths, needs and challenges of the child. We each contributed to the backstory of the child and with the information provided discussed what we could infer the strengths, needs and challenges were for each domain.

James outlined the different theories we could potentially use and in which lectures we could find information relating to the topics.

Kelsey guided the conversation from one talking point to the next ensuring we stayed on track and continued to develop a relevant back story that would guid our theories and teaching strategies.

Unfortunately we experienced some miscommunication during this meet up. Our ideas were not as succinct as they should have been and therefore our conversations were not as structured. A lot of our time was spent discussing how to address the task, however, after this was navigated we worked well to elaborate on ideas and begin developing these ideas on our Canva page.

We collaborated well, and came up with good ideas relating to each individual domain; physical, cognitive and social/ emotional.

James discussed different means of measuring the success of the child and had a great idea to include this in our conclusion. Jaz structured the slides in the order we decided on and included another with the stakeholders. We all then discussed who they would be and why.

Kelsey put information about strengths, needs and challenges on a slide that we all could potentially use.

We decided that we would all have our individual parts submitted to the Canva page by Tuesday, and would work on the conclusion during the tutorial and add any final information that needed to be included.

Kelsey posted a guide as to how we could structure our individual sections on our group teams chat.
