1.)  The Soviet Union: What Should Textbooks Emphasize? (geography)

2.) The military had a much bigger budget than the USA ($34 Billion more).  With $34 Billion more dollars you do some serious damage. (military)

3)  Stalin was overlooked for killing over 1 million innocent lives and abused his power. Stalin wasn't all bad though he caused improvement as well.
