By reducing the points, it will also reduce the number of tasks to be done. The number of hosting opportunities is not quite sufficient to spread across all eight units each year. My AC is also the OC for his unit. Can the unit who has an AC for the Area be also awarded UOPA points? Since it ALLOWs, then there should not be any penalise in the UOPA when we need to discharge/dismiss the cadets.

Some items listed in UOPA is not easily achieved due to sudden decrease in slots available for visits, difficulty in conducting overseas camps, LEAPS 2.0 and many more.

With the reduced number of CCA sessions we have in school, I think we should look into what can be achieved by the unit due to these constraints. 

With number of cadets dwindling by the year and with LEAPS 2.0, schools should not be penalized if they are not able to maintain the minimum % required as other UGs also need to hit that minimum %. If we are just hitting the minimum just for points, we will have cadets who will eventually lose interest and take advantage of the LEAPS 2.0 and change CCAs as and when they like. This will eventually affect our UOPA points, which is unfair.
