The people believed Ibrahim was the one who broke the idols. As the descendants of the Prophet Ibrahim (AS) and his son Prophet Ismael (AS), the infidels believed in Allah (SWT) as their Creator and their Lord, they also believed that having a physical representation of God in the form of stone idols allowed them to worship better and become closer to Allah (SWT). This contradiction is clear to see, as the first message of the previous scriptures were all consistent in that Allah is our Lord and he must be alone worshipped, but over time they reverted back to idolatry.

The practice of polytheism or associating idols with Allah is contradicting with a core belief of islam. When approaching such a person, we need to follow the teachings of islam. When you want to advise someone who does that you will be required to have a great knowledge of tawhid, using verses from the Quran or Hadith and know how to engage properly in a dialogue maintaining respect and patience.

Idols are basically objects that cannot do anything, you believe that there is one god, he is the all mighty that is capable of anything, so how can you worship these objects that does not benefit you in any way possible. In regards to people who believe that idol worshipping will result in directly communicating with Allah, we would address them through these points:

We would let them know that Allah has clearly stated that he will be worshipped alone and that he seeks no help from any partner or creation.
Allah’s love for us goes beyond the love of a mother and he is always available to listen to our thoughts and prayers. Therefore, no third party is required to communicate directly with him on our behalf.
He’s closer to our us than our own veins, hence he’s the only one capable to make our prayers a reality. Idols are objects which aren’t able to act on what we convey to then.
We will illustrate a real-life scenario in which two individuals engage in a dispute, characterized by direct confrontation rather than the involvement of a third party to mediate.
We’d also provide evidence from the Quran idols cannot judge (40:20), idols cannot create anything and are powerless (13:16, 46:4), and idols do not bring us closer to God (39:3). We learn that idolaters follow conjecture (6:148) and that idolaters deny their idol worship — now & on the Day of Judgment (6:22-24).

Approaching idolators by narrating the story of the prophet Ibraheem and what he did with his townspeople who worshiped idols, in which he demolished their idols, except the largest idol, so that he could explain to them what happened. We could start by comparing the basic differences between idols that they worship and Allah in who we believe. It is evident that idols can neither communicate with their false worshippers nor can they fulfill any of their wishes or prayers. We can then start listing out what out Lord has done for us through every surah of the Quran. We can give support to our part through the struggles of the Prophets to prove that Islam is the one and true religion.

1-If the non Muslims claim that Allah made everything in this world and earth including stones,then a question arises on how a stone which is a creation of Allah (S.W.T) be worshipped along with Allah. How a God will create another God.

Infidels knows and acknowledged truly that every thing in Dunya is created by Allah -swt . However, they where contradicting themselves. They say that Allah-swt is the creator meanwhile they pray to idols. Imagine asserting that a corporation has a single boss while also asserting that several people in the office also have bossy roles. Surely, that defies logic? Declaring that Allah is the only God and then identifying idols with Him is equivalent to declaring that there is only one boss in Islam but considering other things as bosses; it is incompatible with the fundamental tenet of the oneness of Allah.

To convince the unbelievers to choose the correct route towards Allah, I would cite specific Ayats, given that they had acknowledged the lordships of Allah while simultaneously praying to idols. I can persuade him to accept Allah's book by providing some scientific proof as well. Then, after accepting the book, I may say some ayat like
