Balancing your Commitments

Life is busy. We all know this. Work takes up most of our time, followed by coming home to raise a family, for some they must also put some time into doing school work. We have commitments to so many things in our lives that sometimes we struggle to be able to balance them. I have had to learn to prioritize my commitments so that I do not neglect the most important things, like school and family.

Dealing with Stress

"I CAN'T HANDLE THIS ANYMORE!" Let's admit it, we have all said this at some point. Struggling to balance our lives can become stressful, and if we do not handle that stress well, it will have a negative effect on our attitudes and even our health. Stress isn't always a bad thing, but it can be if you let it get out of hand!

Managing your Time

There are twenty-four hours in a day. A phrase that is so easily tossed around is "Oh I don't have time for that." Well, yes you do. Everyone has the same twenty-four hours in a day, so that is not a valid excuse. Time is so important because once gone, you cannot get it back. That is why it is so imperative to learn to manage our time wisely and not waste a single second.
