         <description><![CDATA[<div>The foods I chose each day exceeded the toddlers daily intake of nutrients, which is vital to proper development among all aspects. By the age of two, the typical age of the toddler, they should be eating three meals a day as well as 2-3 snacks. Each meal plan has these recommendations integrated into each. Carbohydrates should make up the majority of a toddlers diet, and the meal plan consist of mostly so. I added Cheerios into the toddlers diet because it improves dexterity, the child being able to grasp onto small objects, etc.! Other round foods such as blueberries also help toddlers move forward to reach developmental milestones. <br><br></div>]]></description>
