These could get unnoticed by the site manager until someone complains about them, however it is often too late and the damage has already been made. A good example is the current case of the MOMO videos. Someone is placing frighting content in children's videos online, which target children to commit awful things, such as suicide.  Another example is of when people start debates which sometimes get out of hand and have lead to online arguments, racism, harassment and hatred.
