Interesting cast - newcomer kid called Julian Dennison, seemed from the trailer that he and veteran Sam Neil had excellent chemistry. The film was a brilliant blend of the classic New Zealand awkward semi-improvised comedy and a story-book type narrative. Hated: Lost River. It was pretty but lacked any sort of clear narrative, 0/10 don't recommend. Also someone peels their face off in it for performance art and it was just unnecessary? They were both based on true stories but the way the were portrayed just hit home.

Disliked - La La Land

I am now and hope to be a long lasting fan of his work.
