(1)I will be clear
Before I try to get someone to agree with me i will make sure i know exactly what I want from myself and from that other person with no reservations.

(2) I will be confident
The more confident convinced my arguments are going to sound, and the more powerful i'am going to appear.

(3) I will make it seem beneficial to the other person
One of the more effective means of persuasion is making my request seem valuable for other person.

(4) I will listen them

  1. Give a reason to listen to you=listening shows respect for other. By listening ,I am sending a message that ,"I am important to them ".They respect me.
  2. Be confident and clear=I should be confident that my idea or thought is correct.I have done my homework and my argument are well researched and founded.so,why isn't my client argreeing ? And make sure you know exactly what you want from yourself and from the people.
  3. Introduce a logical argument=I should have to define the evidence or the reasons  that exist for proving that my idea is correct and by using inference words such as "because"," since"I should have to make my client clear about it.
  4. Make it seem beneficial to other= By making them known about the advantage s of my particular idea ,they should compell to think about my idea is benifical.
  5. Choose your words carefully=I should have to use simple words and phrases.such as avoid hidden verbs,.  Jargon and focus on minimizing definition.
  6. Use flattery= using flattery sentence such as "thanks so much","oh I appreciate that" make Clint's to listen carefully and helps to removes disagreeness about my idea 
  7. Be patient= I need to be patient and give them a little space to ask if any questions they have.By being patient,we learn from our mistakes,become better at what we do.
In conculsion, by following above points I will try my best to persuade or convence my client.

Sometimes we always cannot induce people to something through reasoning successfully . In like manner I would follow the "SCAN" formulas when they disagree with my ideas:

1. Smile
2. Connect
3. Accept then Adopt
4. Needs

1. Smile  : I have to smile , I always have  to be opened and positive to be able to convince other people.

2. Connect : I always connect with other parties in a genuine way, mostly i connect with the people with 100% concerntration. Concerntration is very important because people will feel I am fully concerntrated on them.

3. Accept then adopt : I accept other's point of views whom I want to persuade , if I accept it I will be able to adopt it. If I am only willing to communicate my own point of view not adopting or accepting other point of views , in this case I will be definitely failed  to convince them.

4. Needs : I access, define and understand what the needs of other parties because i remember if people donot have right to express their own opinion , they will surely resist to my opinion, which directly affects into the persuasion of them.

In conclusion, I am following continuously "SCAN" of the those four things during convincing/ persuading other parties , I can also convince successfully  anyone who always seems disagree with my opinions and ideas by using this.

I would like to explain some effective methods to make someone agree with me if they were likely to disagree with my idea.
 
1) Present a fact or show vision : An goal without vision is like a daydream.so,i would clearly describe about my vision,idea properly.

2) Dont argue,be kind : Arguing is not the best think because it creat's an unhealthy environment and also affect other's mindset too.so,i would keep patience and talk kindely as much as possible.

3) Make it beneficial for others : what would they get persuading my idea? I would make it clear. For instance, if i were a marketing manager then i would present some benefit they could get after using my product.

4) Listen to the other point of view : By carying and listening to other shows some respect to them.when you respect other you will definately get it from them which makes it more likely to have things done by them for you.

For example , That salesman was able to persuade me into buying this bottle of lotion.
If I were to persuade someone who is likely to disagree with my idea, I would do it by establishing credibility or trust Worthy relation among them. Credibility means the quality of being believable or trust Worthy unless the receiver / audience finds the communicator believable communication fails to achieve the goal. By providing a frame for win _ win situation which means we can agree of other opinion even if we are disagree from inside. We should connecting emotionally rather than clear reasoning and providing reasons and evidence to support our 
Opinion.
It's no secret that people do not like to be told what to do. I know that for me,the more someone tells me that I cannot have fast food. I only want to have fast food all the more. People do not like to feel their freedom of choice is being threatened and a lot of times what happens is that people go ahead and do the opposite. The idea is that you want to assure people that you are not trying to threaten their freedom to choose and they completely have freedom of choice in this instance.
It assure that they continue to have an autonomy they can say yes, they say no. Ultimately it is their choice and it is so strange  to me that reminding people that they can say no makes them more likely to say "yes" so next time you have a favour to ask , simply add these simple words, "but you are free to say"no", and you might find that people becomes more likely to say
"Yes".
In this way, we can persuade someone who is likely to disagree with our idea by giving him/ her freedom to choose what they want to choice and establishing good or trust Worthy relations among them.

i) Vision: Vision is one of the best way to make people convince, understand and clear about our decision. so ,at first I would clearly make them understand about my vision. 
ii) Patience: patience is the key to success. I need to have patience inorder to get response from the people.  It can also give positive impression towards people. So that it will be easy for me to make them agree with my decisions.

    Firstly, persuading means to be able to induce someone about our ideas, thoughts, views on such topics. 

       Persuading someone is very difficult task that everyone knows. If they were disagree with my ideas ,then I have to think how I am convincing to them ? What’s wrong I have done while making them likley to agree with my ideas. 

        In the process of persuading,if I have found such disagreement with them  then, I will go through following aspects:
    1) Trusty 
   Trusty means having belief with someone in the way of performing such specific matter. I will have to think about my power of trust among them. How they can be familiar with my ideas , I have to go through at aspects. So, they can be clearcut about such matter.
   2) Evidence 
   Evidence is about legal. If they are not trusting my ideas, I have to go through legal prove. So that they will be more convinced.
   3) Frame for common ground 
   It’s actually about the condition of win win situation. Here, I must be able to make them understands with the good intentions. So, that they will be familiar with my view. 
    4) connecting emotionally 
          Good emotion can make everyone better off. I should develop the quality of emotion in respect to my supporters. How they can be easily connected with my ideas first I have think and after knowing I should go through such point . So , that there arrise feeling of openness with me and my point of view regarding such matter. 

     In conclusion:
Persuading someone is about to make convince about such matter. Good persuading results to better performance.
