Michael pushed Data Dialogs for multiple months because he said he didn't see them in TA logs... I don't think that we knew the expectation of using specific language and such was required. Often we refer to our data dialogues in different terms, thus being mistaken as us not doing them.

Clarification on if/when and what we are supposed to report to DELC. We have been told by Michael that only the serious health and safety concerns need to be reported and that anything beyond that could hurt the relationship with the program. Last month, it seemed like Dayna wanted to know when programs weren't meeting grant requirements.
