         <description><![CDATA[<div>I found this cartoon and immediately resonated with it. The girl in the picture has two "categories" of thinking -- either success or failure with no in between. In her mind, anything and everything fits into either of those boxes. If it isn't perfect, then it's a failure. If it isn't good, then it is bad. This is a mentality that I grew up with, and have been recently been trying to fix. I realized that not everything is black-and-white, there IS a gray area! This mentality hurts our success, because even if you do face failure, there are still positives that you need to dig deeper to find!</div>]]></description>
