Now I am going to tell you about the place where I live, and my daily routine. I am from Putumayo, and I live in Puerto Asís with my parents. I live in a house with a small yard. In front of the house, there is a small garden with beautiful flowers. Also, my house has two rooms, two windows in the front, and a small kitchen. 
 
My daily routine is a bit rough. I get up every day at 7 am, then eat breakfast at 7:30 am after I take a shower. Later, I go to work by foot at 8 am. When I am at work, I usually have lunch at 2 pm.  Then, I go back home at 5 pm when my shift is over. After work, I often go straight home and eat dinner, or sometimes I go out with my friends and hang out with them.  Also, I always eat dinner at 8 pm, and then go to bed at 10 pm.  On weekends, I usually spend time with my family and go for ice cream or a walk. Then, I always study English for an hour.

Realicé esta actividad en el tiempo que me fue posible, aunque no me fue posible participar en el foro por falta del mismo. Con esta actividad, logré aprender nuevo vocabulario, practicar la construcción de párrafos sencillos y a hacer descripciones breves.  Pienso que esto que aprendí es muy importante para mi vida porque me permite expandir mi campo de estudio y conocimiento al poder aprender un nuevo idioma.

Now I am going to talk to you about the place where I live, and its characteristics.  In Puerto Asis, there are beautiful places where you can spend a good time. The main touristic places are Kofan Ecotourism Center, Playa Rica Village, Emerald pier, Hong Kong beach, and the Ferry. 
 
Besides we have delicious food you can enjoy if you visit us! The typical food in my city is tacacho, Cocona refreshment, roasted corn soup, and yellow cassava. People usually prefer to eat Tacacho, because it is the main typical food in our department. 
 
If you like to enjoy cultural festivals and fairs, you can also enjoy them here! The main celebrations in Puerto Asis are Puerto Asis Multicolor Carnaval, and Puerto Asis Anniversary. During these celebrations, you can enjoy watching the parades, dances, and food! 
 
Finally, in my city, you can do many things! You can go on an eco-walk with your family or friends, swim in the waters, discover the beauty of nature and its landscapes, and eat delicious food.

Sí, me preparé en todos los momentos libres que me fueron posibles para entregar la mejor presentación oral que me fuera posible.

Sí, pienso que toda esta actividad me otorgó más confianza a la hora de expresarme de forma sencilla en inglés.  

¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional?
Pienso que me abre más puertas tanto social, como laboralmente, pues puedo acceder a más información y contenido en otro idioma.
