Before the volunteer experience

Personally, I wouldn’t talk to people I didn’t know and my decision making wasn’t amazing.

After the volunteer experience.

My mindset changed, I was more confident and able to work as a team and with other people I don’t know. my decision making changed as I learned a lot of skills and expanded my knowledge as to what to do if people react different to others.

People were quite rude so this changed my perception of professional behaviour because I have learnt that I can’t look bothered I just have to calmly explain the situation and be patient and respectful.
