Go For It, Nakamura!!

short summary:
Okuto Nakamura is a high school student who has not yet come out of the closet. He is a shy boy and a lover of octopuses (he even has one as a pet). However, everything seems to change when the day of the presentation of the course he sees Hirose, a cheerful and charming young man who, from then on, becomes the focus of all his glances and thoughts. Despite the differences that separate them, Nakamura is determined to approach him and confess ... Although it will not be as easy as it seems.

An interesting facy about the book and the author

Before becoming a professional mangaka, Rumiko Takahashi (author) was the author of doujinshis. This is something that is perceived in go for it Nakamura !!, both in the character designs and in their expressiveness. As a good humor manga, the characters are very expressive, with pages full of plots that add dynamism to the humorous scenes. On some occasions, the composition of vignettes is very dynamic in the different actions, offering a very fluid reading.

Syundei is a manga author who, like many other authors, made her debut in the doujinshi field and on the internet. Here he began to share the first adventures of Nakamura until, finally in 2014, he had the opportunity to publish Ganbare! Nakamura-kun !! in Akaneshinsha's Opera magazine. Finally, the work was compiled in a single volume.

short biography about the author
Syundei began her career in 2014 with the publication of ¡¡No te surrende, Nakamura !! (Ganbare, Nakamura-kun !!) in the monthly Opera magazine. Serialization ended in 2016 and he finally published the compilation volume which has been licensed in several languages. In 2015 he completely changed his narrative and published his second work, Total Eclipse of the Eternal Heart (Gesshoku kitan). Syundei has not stopped creating new BL-themed works, we have a sequel to his most famous work, Don't Give Up, Nakamura !! (Motto Ganbare, Nakamura-kun) and several unique volumes that collect different short stories, such as Retro BL.

Syundei's style is reminiscent of anime from the late eighties to early nineties, with those classic and somewhat retro hairstyles. His characters are usually males who go to the institute with dark hair with the typical black uniform. This style has become a hallmark that identifies the author. Although the incredible thing about this mangaka is how she manages to bring to life the funniest even the darkest stories. This quality is rare among authors, as they tend to specialize in one type of subject when creating stories. For example, Hiro Mashima despite having published many works, all of them are fantasy and adventure. But neither can we say that Syundei is an isolated case of a versatile author who has come to our country, another who makes her truly spectacular is Asumiko Nakamura.

https://ramenparados.com/resena-no-te-rindas-nakamura/#:~:text=Conclusi%C3%B3n-,%C2%A1%C2%A1No%20te%20rindas%2CNakamura!!,se%20avanza%20en%20la%20historia.

Short biography of the author.

Stephen King was born on September 21, 1947 in Portland. He hardly lived with his father, because when he was two years old he abandoned his family, being his mother who raised him and his older brother. As a child he witnessed a tragic accident: one of his friends was trapped on the train tracks and was run over by it. Although it is suspected that this event is the inspiration for his own works, the author dismisses this idea, claiming that his fondness for this genre was rather due to reading the fiction and horror books that an aunt of his collected. He is the author of very popular horror novels, many of which have been made into a movie with notable success. He began to write at an early age, selling his stories to his peers and later sending his stories to newspapers. His first novel was Carrie in 1974, a story about a young woman with psychic powers.

https://www.lecturalia.com/autor/358/stephen-king

https://www.unotv.com/noticias/portal/entretenimiento/detalle/diez-curiosidades-de-stephen-king-095748

https://www.nytimes.com/2019/09/08/books/review-institute-stephen-king.html
