Because every syllabus has a recommended pedagogy. Eg. Humanities - Inquiry-Based Learning, D&T - Design Thinking. If HODs and teachers are at the stage where they have not mastered this - i.e. to use the recommended pedagogy and teach effectively through differentiated instructional approach, I would focus on this area rather than adopt a school based curriculum yet
