He was not very loud at first, all he wanted to do was grunt, but after 5 minutes he gave it another go, and showed everyone how loud and good his cry could be. Letting the world know he is here and strong (he loves to show off his grasp). Sleep Patterns: Charles sleeps through the night and takes two naps a day
Eating Habits: Although solid foods are being introduced to Charles, he is still drinking breast milk in the morning and at night.
Gross Motor Skills: Puts hands in mouth. Randomly moves arms and legs. Moves head from side to side.
Fine Motor Skills: Transfer objects from one hand to another. Drops and picks up toys. Pushes and pulls items.
Attachment: Secure attachment to mother, insecure attachment to father.
Child Care: Charles attends Mothers Day Out at a family friends house. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10am-2pm. Charles loves attending Mothers Day Out, he is in a familiar environment which helps with the transition from always being at home with mom. Eating Patterns: Charles is now eating only solids foods.
Sleep Patterns: Charles sleeps an average of 11 hours per night (Santrock,2019). He is waking up at 7:30 am and takes one nap a day in the afternoon.
Gross Motor Skills: Charles is now running forward and loves to jump on two feet. Charles can now kick a ball and avoid obstacles in his path (Santrock, 2019).
Fine Motor Skills: Charles is able to zip up his own jacket. He loves to do puzzles with his dad. Charles likes to scribble on his moms paperwork which often gets him into trouble.
Attachment:Secure attachment to mother, insecure attachment to father.
Charles attends a high quality Daycare Monday- Friday 8am-5pm. Charles loves going to daycare because he gets to interact with children his own age. The only downside is the child to caregiver ratio: 9 children to 1 caregiver and the tuition is higher because of the quality of the daycare.

He decided after multiple comments from his wife, that it was time to look at his job from multiple angles and make a decision. He decided to keep his job until he found a new job, then he would put in his notice. While on the search, his boss found out that he was planning to leave for a new job, and he called him in his office and let him go. Now he has no job and they only have one income in the household. After accepting the situation, it was back to the drawing board. He moved some savings around to get by financially until he can find a new job. Health: Charles has recently suffered from a stroke and is unable to move his right arm and leg. He is still struggling with anxiety but takes his medicine daily. The stroke slowed his motor skills slightly but Charles is working hard on gaining full motor skills back.

On June 6, 2106, Charles went to be with the Lord. Charles was the beloved child of Dalilah, Kerrington, Alasya, Avery, and Kelsie Thompson. He shared his love with everyone who he came in contact with including his classmates, friends, and family. Charles was a very prominent figure in his college community. He was very dependable and often gave his last to help the next person. Upon graduating from college he began to work as an electrician and soon branched off to start his own company. Although facing many challenges throughout his life, Charles made it a point to persevere and be a light for all. In his last days, Charles spent his time practicing new crafts and being around his grandkids, Alice and Porter.
