         <description><![CDATA[<div>It is the weight of the atmosphere coming down on earth. It is measured&nbsp;by barometers which in units it is called millibars. Moat barometers use Mercury like a thermometer, to measure the change of air pressure. When the weather is calm mercury moves more than half-an-inch below the 30-inch mark. If there is a high pressure system then normally there are cooler temperatures and clear sky's. Evaporation is when a hot liquid like boiling comes off of the surface. Like in boiling water the hotter the stove gets more water evaporates which creates steam.</div>]]></description>
